International health intermediation requires controlled exchange of information between the client, Kayseri Care Travel and selected healthcare providers.
Health data are treated as sensitive data. Explicit consent is obtained where required and can be withdrawn for future processing.
Withdrawal has no retroactive effect and may prevent continued assessment or coordination.
Data and purpose
Identity, passport, travel, health history, medication, images, reports, invoices, communication and consent are used for assessment, planning, execution, security and legal duties.
Consent and minimisation
Provide only relevant documents. Explicit consent is sought for health data and international transfer where required.
Secure channels
Prefer the secure intake form or client portal. Email and WhatsApp may involve additional risks.
KVKK rights
Article 11 KVKK may provide rights to information, correction, deletion, recipient information and objection to harmful automated outcomes.
GDPR rights
Where applicable, additional rights may include restriction, portability, objection and complaint to a supervisory authority.
