These terms govern the intermediation, coordination and travel-related services of Kayseri Care Travel, a company registered in Türkiye.
These terms apply to every enquiry, quotation, assignment and agreement under which Kayseri Care Travel provides services to a client, companion, employer or other contracting party.
Kayseri Care Travel acts as an international health-tourism facilitator and organiser. It does not diagnose, prescribe or perform medical treatment. The doctor, dentist, clinic or hospital remains responsible for medical assessment, informed consent, treatment and aftercare.
The intermediation agreement is separate from the medical treatment agreement and from contracts with airlines, hotels, transfer providers or insurers.
Formation of the agreement
An enquiry is non-binding. An agreement begins when a quotation, order confirmation or intermediation agreement is accepted in writing or electronically, or when performance begins with the client’s consent.
Client information
The client must provide accurate and complete identity and medical information, including medication, allergies and previous treatment. Incomplete information may cause postponement, refusal or amendment of a proposal.
Prices and payment
Indicative prices depend on the available file. The healthcare provider confirms the final treatment and medical price after assessment. Additional examinations, complications, extended stay and changed arrangements may be charged separately.
Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing. Work already performed and non-refundable reservations may be charged. The healthcare provider’s own cancellation terms may also apply.
Travel documents
The client is responsible for passport, visa, insurance and medication documents. Visa assistance is a best-efforts service and never a guarantee.
Force majeure
No liability arises for events beyond reasonable control, including government measures, epidemics, conflict, strikes, flight disruption or unexpected medical circumstances.
Liability and disputes
Kayseri Care Travel is responsible only for attributable failures in its own services. Turkish law applies, subject to mandatory consumer rights that may protect the client.
