These provisions define the roles of Kayseri Care Travel, the client and selected healthcare and travel partners.
We collect the enquiry and coordinate communication, quotations, translation, transfers and accommodation. The client chooses the provider and treatment.
The provider independently determines medical suitability, alternatives, risks, informed consent, treatment and aftercare.
The client remains responsible for complete information, timely payment, travel documents and compliance with medical instructions.
Scope
The quotation or order confirmation defines the exact intermediation services.
No medical representation
We do not enter into the medical contract on behalf of a doctor and cannot make medical promises.
Partner selection
We work with providers whose available authorisations are reasonably checked; each provider remains independently responsible.
File and quotation
A proposal may change after in-person examination or additional diagnostics.
Data sharing and communication
Necessary information is shared only with appropriate consent. Email, portal and WhatsApp may be used for practical communication.
Termination
Either party may terminate in writing; completed work and non-refundable costs remain payable.
