This page explains the allocation of responsibility for intermediation, medical treatment and travel services.
Kayseri Care Travel is responsible for due care in its own agreed intermediation and coordination services.
The doctor, dentist, clinic or hospital is responsible for medical assessment, consent, treatment, records, complications and aftercare under Turkish law.
Airlines, hotels, transfer providers and other independent suppliers remain responsible for their own services.
Direct loss
Liability is limited to proven direct loss caused by an attributable failure in our own services, to the extent legally permitted.
No medical liability
We are not responsible for diagnosis, indication, technique, outcome, side effects, complications or medical negligence of independent providers.
Indirect loss
Consequential loss, lost income and reputational loss are excluded where legally permitted.
Client responsibility
Loss caused by inaccurate information, ignored instructions, self-adjusted medication, premature travel or inadequate insurance may remain with the client.
Mandatory law
Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence or where exclusion is prohibited by mandatory law.
