After receiving your intake and files, we check whether the file is complete. It is then forwarded to a suitable doctor or clinic. Response time depends on the completeness of your file and specialist availability.
Can I receive an exact price in advance?
An indicative price is often possible after file review. The final price can only be confirmed after medical assessment by the doctor or clinic and sometimes after additional examination.
Can my partner or family member travel with me?
Yes, in many cases a companion can travel with you. We can help with hotel, transfer and practical planning depending on your treatment plan.
Which documents are important?
Consider photos, medical reports, scan images, medication list, allergies, previous operation reports and relevant diagnoses. The more complete your file, the better the assessment.

What happens after my request?
We check your details, request missing information and present the file to the appropriate healthcare partner. You then receive information about options, planning and next steps.
Which photos should I upload?
Upload clear photos of the treatment area: front, left, right, angled and close-up. For dental treatment upload smile and mouth photos. For hair transplant upload hairline, crown and sides. For MRI/orthopaedics/neurosurgery upload scan and report.
Does Kayseri Care Travel give medical advice?
No. Kayseri Care Travel is an intermediary and not a doctor or hospital. Only the treating doctor or clinic provides medical advice.
